Hobbs, Upchurch & Associates, P.A. in behalf of Dare County
have submitted a request to construct a discharge line and
diffuser. The project consists of approximately 421 if of
discharge line, and a diffuser. The reject will be discharged by
gravity at a rate of 20.5 gallons per minute.
It is recommended the ATC be issued.
