Good morning, I have reviewed your application for the use of the NWP 3. Based on the project description, a written
verification from us is not necessary to start work. Please abide by the conditions of the permits attached. I will not be
sending out an official verification for this project as described, as it is maintenance in nature.
"Push down existing rip rap on an approx. 614 linear foot shoreline. Reshape and re -slope an approx. bank.
Average height of bank is approx. 7'. Geotextile matting will be installed on
bank and boulder rip rap will be installed to refurbish shoreline and prevent and control erosion. A skid steer
and standard excavator will be used to do the project and all materials for the
project will be stored outside of the buffer area. A 10' x 50' access corridor will be used to access shoreline
and will be restored to original condition once the project has been completed."
