The Division has determined that your application is incomplete and cannot be processed. The application is on -hold until all of the following information is received: The Pre -Construction Notification (PCN) lists the applicant as D & H Company. Title 15A of the North Carolina Administrative Code (NCAC) 02H .0502(a)(3) requires an applicant that is a corporation be registered with the NC Secretary of State's office. I was able to find a company named D & H Company, LLC in a search on the NC Secretary of State's website. Please confirm the applicant is D & H Company, LLC as listed in the NC Secretary of State's website or provide other documentation that the applicant is registered with the NC Secretary of State. Pursuant to Title 15A NCAC 02H .0502(e), the applicant shall furnish all of the above requested information for the proper consideration of the application. Please provide your response by April 3, 2023. If all of the requested information is not received, the Division will be unable to approve the application and it will be denied as incomplete. The denial of this project will necessitate reapplication to the Division for approval, including a complete application package and appropriate fee.
