Unless these mines are lined with a very long lasting material(and even then they will leak at some point) coal ash should not be stored there. We should not allow these toxins to seep into the local water tables and/or streams and lakes. It is hard to imagine the number of trucks it will take to move 20 million tons of coal ash to these mines. The increase in air pollution would be horrendous in this area. The health and well being of the people living in these area would certainly be adversely affected. There are a great many other reasons that this coal ash should not be moved and stored in these areas. It does not make a lot of sense to move the pollution problems from one area to another area. I would strongly encourage you not to issue this certificate for the army corp permit. Thank you very much for your consideration. Sincerely, Marvin Woll
