Subject: Technical Correction of NPDES Permit
Permit NC0086918
Rockford Church Road WTP
Wayne County
Class I
Dear Mr. Hamilton:
Division personnel have reviewed your permit and discovered that the required semi-annual
monitoring for Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorus as required by Neuse Basin Nutrient Rules
implementation as well as state monitoring requirements in 15A NCAC 2B .0500 was omitted.
Enclosed is a technical corrected copy of the permit limits page for NPDES Permit NC0086918.
Please replace the limits page in your current NPDES permit with the corrected limits page and discard
the removed page. This technical correction does not affect any other terms, conditions, or compliance
actions covered by the current permit.
Please note that this permit is not transferable except after notice to the Division. The Division
may require modification or revocation and reissuance of the permit. This permit does not affect the
legal requirements to obtain other permits which may be required by the Division of Water Resources or
permits required by the Division of Land Resources, the Coastal Area Management Act or any other
Federal or Local governmental permit that may be required.
If you have any questions concerning this permit technical correction, please contact Ron Berry
by phone (919) 807-6396 or by email ron.berry@ncdenr.gov.
