your copy. I'm not sure why this happened. The effective date had to be corrected from August is` to September
1st. Again sorry for any confusion.

permit that was effective 8-1-14 but did not received the corrected permit effective 9-1-14. He sampled based on the
one he had and not the corrected one because he did not receive it.
