contain the coal ash. I have a grandson who likes to come & stay when he has a break from school. He
loves Un play in the yard & shoot basketball, ride his bih �' | mmuldbe scared for him to play outside if
they haul coal ash & it ix windy. He has a|le r allergies that could be impacted. During intercession, he can be

Duke Energy /&Charah have nm liability if something should happen! Duke Energy has not got ogood
track record &uisvery scary to me to think of the things that could happen in my area.
