Received this call last week. Asked for pictures and more info on the Bojangles.
Bob, is an inspector with Carteret county, sent the email below. Here are the pictures he sent along with the location of
the Bojangles.
Apparently Bojangles dumped grease into their stormwater drain. This drain discharges to an offsite stormwater pond
next door.
The Bojangles permit # is SW8 100602. The pond they discharge to is under SW8 980716. So Bojangles basically has an
illegal discharge and has violated their permit by discharging other than stormwater to the offsite pond. So they have
also put the offsite pond out of compliance.
I am bringing you the stormwater files. You might want a Water Resource inspector along also with our inspector.

see the grease and food residue on the drain cover. There was a fair amount of grease in the bottom of the drain as well. If you need
