The site is located at 300 feet north of the intersection of Market Street and Gordon Road on the west side of Market Street. There is an existing ditch located on the southern property line that extends from the front of the property to the rear. This ditch drains parts of the lots located between this lot and Gordon Road. The offsite water entering the ditch will not be allowed to mix with the stormwater on site. This water will be directed across the site via an 18 and 24 inch culvert. All on -site runoff from impervious areas will be directed away from the ditch to the piped drainage system running the engt oli tthesite. MI roo water will be collected in a gutter system and be directed to the piped system or directly to the forebay in the pond. Once the surface water enters the pond, the 1-inch runoff will be temporarily detained and released by a l-inch PVC pipe over a 2-5 day period. The temporary pool controls runoff from the 1 inch storm event. M NN b. The basin length to width ratio is greater than 3: 1. M N I} c. The basin side slopes above the permanent pool are no steeper than 3:1. A NN d. A submerged and vegetated perimeter shelf at less than 6:1 is provided (show detail). in Ph e. Vegetation above the permanent pool elevation is specified. No f. An emergency drain is provided to empty the basin. t -AS (-'. P 1, 55k "Y . in NN g. The permanent pool depth is between 3 and 6 feet (required minimum of 3 feet). m to N h. The temporary pool draws down in 2 to 5 days. mdN i. A trash rack is provided for both the overflow and orifice. mNA j. The forebay volume is approximately equal to 20% of the total basin volume. MNN k. Sediment storage is provided in the permanent pool. NM A 1. A 30-foot vegetative filter is provided at the outletz (include erosive flow calculations) N/A in. Recorded drainage easement for each basin including access to nearest right-of-way. MNN n. A site specific operation and maintenance (O&M) plan is provided. In 10) 0. A vegetation management/mowing schedule is provided in the O&M plan. ANN p. Semi-annual inspections are specified in the O&M plan. AN a q. A debris check to be performed after every storm event is specified in the O&M plan. M NrI r. Specific clean -out benchmarks are specified in the O&M plan (elevation or depth). r'r' 0 N s. A legally responsible party is designated in the O&M plan3 (include name and title). r, P N t. If the basin is used for sediment and erosion control during construction, clean out of the basin is specified to be performed prior to use as a wet detention basin. Footnotes: 1 When using the Division SA/DA tables, the correct SA/DA ratio for permanent pool sizing should be computed based upon the actual impervious % and permanent pool depth. Linear interpolation should be employed to determine the correct value for non- standard table entries. 2 The requirement for a vegetative filter may be waived if the wet detention basin is designed to meet90% TSS removal. . 3 The legally responsible party should not be a homeowners association unless more than 50% of the lots have been sold and a resident of the subdivision has been named the president.
