Good afternoon, the project as described within the PCN that was dated 01/04/2023 falls within a non -reporting threshold.
The impacts as described are maintenance in nature, and no additional impacts are forecasted for Lot 1, Stonemaker
Pointe. You have USACE authorization under Section 404 and the General conditions attached within the NWP 3 must be
adhered to. This verification does not preclude you from obtaining any state or local authorizations as required.
