Site inspection was conducted on March 17, 2023 by Kevin Mitchell with the Asheville Regional Office. Marvin
Dillingham was present during the inspection. The following are items that need attention:
- NPDES records were not available for the week of 3.6.23. Records need to be up to date and available at all times.
- A few pieces of concrete were observed in the stream. These need to be removed from the stream.
- Station 15+00 LT - Recommend making trap deeper and lining with gravel in order to reduce the risk of turbidity.
Slope drain is discharging directly to Spring Creek.
Continue to add ground cover per NPDES stabilization timeframes.
