Hi Chad,
Great speaking to you today. As mentioned, we submitted the 401 Water Quality report to Duke Energy as part of our
shoreline stabilization and boathouse plans and they rightly called out that the address on the report is not the property
in question. It looks like there may have been a mistake on the application that stated the property address as 194
Timberlake Ct (which is our mailing address) when the property is actually at 117 Timberlake Ct (we are currently
building here). All the information we submitted on the application was for the build location - 117 Timberlake Ct. Is it
possible for you to re -issue the 401 using the 117 Timberlake Ct address? I appreciate the help and apologize for the
inconvenience,
