Project is an outdoor storage site located off Unionville Brief Rd in Unionville NC (Union County). The site iointhe Yadkin
Pee -Dee River Basin and drains to Grassy Branch. The site is in the Unionville Zoning District. Sbormwabarioregulated by
NCDEO.
The scope ofwork includes clearing, grubbing, and grading for gravel storage lot. Scope also includes the installation of
temporary riser skimmer basin, silt fence, coir mesh wattle check dams, and stone base.
The disturbed acreage isA.A5acres.
Based on USDA Web Soil Survey data the area soils primarily classify as BaB, a Badin silt loam and GsB, a Goldston-
Badin complex, indicative of hydraulic groups C & D respectively.
A field study was performed by Isaac Hinson, PWS on September 19, 2022. Existing streams and a0.210aowetland
area on the property were identified as jurisdictional however these will not be impacted by the proposed project. There is
an isolated man made pond on the property that was evaluated by the field study and determiend to be non -jurisdictional.
This has since been breached and filled inprior toproject design. Cfidentified identified streams and wetlands, none are
within the disturbed project area.
