The ORC reported this to the maintenance office so that a new pump assembly could be ordered. The assembly and all related parts for installation was ordered on September 7, 2022 through Recreation Supply Company. Due to production issues and shipping issues the ORC received the pump assembly on March 16, 2023. However, we did not receive the suction flange assembly that was needed to install this pump assembly. Once again, Recreation Supply Company was contacted to order this flange assembly. As of March 17, 2023, Recreation Supply is having an issue with finding the Pentair flange assembly. If the suction flange assembly can not be found, we will order each individual gasket, washers, screws, plugs, etc. to make up this complete assembly. They are contacting Pentair directly to get this expedited. Once we have received this flange assembly and/or individual parts installation will begin immediately to install the Pentair pump assembly. Thank you for your time and consideration in this matter.
