The Division of Water Quality received your application for an NPDES stormwater discharge
permit on May 31, 2011, and a preliminary screening review of the application was completed
by the Raleigh Regional Office and the Stormwater Permitting Unit on June 14, 2011. Your
application appears to be sufficiently complete, and the subject application number has been
assigned. Your application was submitted by transmittal letter from Arcadis G&M of North
Carolina, and contained:
• EPA Forms 1 and 2F;
• Laboratory results of analytical testing;
• A Site Location Map and a Site Plan;
• Your check for the application fee of $860;
• And in addition, the Final Report and Progress Account, Stormwater Evaluation, as
required by SOC S09-006.
No further information is required at this time.
The application is on my desk for processing. I have scheduled time to review your application,
and expect to have a draft permit for public notice and for your review by July 29, 2011.
