Effluent permit limit violations were reported in April 2022 (ammonia — monthly average), May 2022 (ammonia — monthly average) and July 2022 (copper — daily maximum). The Division has separately addressed these limit violations through the issuances of either a Notice of Violation (NOV) or NOV/civil penalty assessment. The Permittee must ensure that the annual WWTP performance report is submitted no later than sixty (60) days following the selected time period (calendar or fiscal year).
