Salisbury St. Archdale Building - 9th floor Raleigh, NC 27604 RE: Briar Chapel — SD East Ms. McDaniel, Please find enclosed the addendum to the previously approved permit for the SD East commercial area at Briar Chapel, DWR Permit #05-0732v39. The attached drainage area map shows the most current proposed development to the area: a Fitness Facility. As shown in the latest map, the drainage areas for the approved SCMs have remained largely similar to the initially approved areas, and those shown on the attached map do not exceed the approved areas. As shown, the impervious area for BMP #32, though development in that area is not yet complete and parcel 13 remains after the development of our project on parcels 10 and 11, is below the updated allotment for the drainage area. The impervious areas for BMP #31 also appears to be within the allotment for the drainage area, though final design of the devleopment of that site is not yet complete. Additional updates will be provided at the time the remaining parcels are proposing development. Please review the attached documents and let us know if you have any questions or if you need additional information in order to provide a letter to Chatham County stating that the current proposed development is within compliance of the existing permit.
