Inspection Summary:
Site visit conducted in response to NOI submittal for coverage under NCG070000. Met with Hugh Hinton and reviewed and
verified the application. During the application review, it was determined that the most accurate SIC code for the site would
be 5032 (not 3272 as logged in NOI). The 5032 SIC code is most accurate and deemed "a like activity" regarding this
general permit, as determinded by regional staff. Made site observations including outfalls and material storage areas.
Discovered a third/ additional outfall (NOI indicateds two). Coordinates of third outfall are 35.039783,-79.434648
There are no objections to issuance of coverage under the NCG070000 General Permit.
