As communicated to your environmental consultant, Rebekah Newton of Clearwater Environmental
Consultants, Inc. via email on March 6, 2015 and as noticed in local newspapers and the Division of Water
Resources' list serve and public calendars on March 12, 2015, the Director has determined that it is in the
public interest that two public hearings for the purpose of reviewing public comment and additional
information be held prior to taking final action on your application. The first hearing will be held on
Monday, April 13, 2015 starting at 6:00 p.m. at the Dennis A. Wicker Civic Center at 1801 Nash Street in
Sanford, NC, 27330. The second hearing will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2015 staring at 6:00 p.m. at the
Chatham County Historic Courthouse at 9 Hillsboro Street, Pittsboro, NC 27312.
