Good afternoon Dave and Dave!
Please reference the above PDF - the first page is the ORIGINAL plan sheet that was sent to you when the stream
crossing was initially proposed. The second page is actually a revision that was (according to the date on it - highlighted
in pink) submitted to the USACE and DWR during the review process. As you can see, in the original sheet, someone
"missed" that the pipe and stream were not lining up. This is the plan set that the contractors were working under. The
revision (the second page) never made it down to the field level where the mistake was corrected.
The plan is to remove the pipe and reinstall it PER THE SECOND PAGE PLAN SHEET, which should be identical to the one
that you have in your permit file.

Everyone is aware that they must remain within the permitted limits for both the removal and reinstallation of the pipe.
