Subject: Response to NOV-2023-MV-0020
Mr. Hayes,
Please find that NOV-2023-MV-0020 states that the Town of Clayton Violated Our NP ES permit reporting requirements
for, Influent and Effluent -Total Suspended Solids. This is Not the case and is a clerical error due to Week ending
11/05/2022 began on Sunday 10/30/2022. The staff at the Town of Clayton collected Suspended Solids samples on
Monday 10/31/2022 and Wednesday 11/02/2022 as reflected on the Attached Bench sheet.
The Town of Clayton would request to have NOV-2023-MV-0020 rescinded based on tlhis point.
