Hey Jeff,
Regarding the bond information: We did not receive the bond information for Dixon road until
yesterday, The electronic bond received yesterday does confirm renewal through next year's
monitoring and it is currently shown at $100,000. You are correct, that the bond can be
lowered to $40,000, which was communicated by me to Mr. Kearney on February 24, 2023. If
GES decides to amend the current bond amount, please make sure to send DWR a copy of that
new bond so we have it on file. DWR will document that the bond renewal for Dixon Road has
been received in our database. However, this will not trigger the issuance of a credit release for
Task 8. Per Section VIII of the Dixon Road Banking Instrument, Task 7 has to be fulfilled prior to
issuance of a credit release for Task 8.

Ryan.. here is the documentation that our bond is in place.. The amount should be lower.. I calculate
$40,000.. One thing that would be helpful if you could confirm that the bond
information/documentation was forwarded timely to your office.. The fact your office apparently did
not receive the bond info from our banking partners leads me to believe there is a problem we need
to address. Let me know what you find out.. Thanks
