ECS Southeast, LLP (ECS) has reviewed our records with regards to construction material testing
services provided forthe subject project. This letter has been provided as a summary of the information
previously provided in our field reports.
Our testing services included:
• Dam Core/Keyway Subgrade Observation Prior to Backfilling
• Soil Compaction for Dam Embankment
Based upon part time observations performed and our substantiating reports, the observed work was
performed in accordance with the approved plans, specifications, and the design engineer's approvals.
