Good catch! It appears that the July date in our application was indeed a typo.
The 2011 State Final Environmental Impact Statement for R-2514 B,C & D included these 2 moratoria as environmental
commitments:
"The Trent River is a designated anadromous fish spawning area. An in-stream work moratorium will be in place from
February 151h to June 151H "
"The White Oak is a designated inland primary nursery area. An in-stream work moratorium will be in place from
February 15th to September 301H
Unless there was a subsequent letter or comment from one of the fisheries agencies that changed the Trent River date
to July,June should be the end of the moratorium.
I'll keep checking,just in case.
