Just following up to try to close out the mitigation request. Attached is the revised
Acceptance Letter from DMS that I shared on Friday last week. Also attached is a
revised Request to match the impacts and credits in the permit.

The current availability listed in the DMS letter is less than the amount required in the permit. I need to make sure that
DMS has the credits available to cover 7482 of Zone 1 & 6765 of Zone 2.

Once they provide the updated availability letter to you per your in -lieu request, you can send me a copy like the one
above, and I can issue the permit for you to provide to them. Once they receive the permit, they will send you the
invoice to be paid.

Attached is the DMS acceptance letter. According to Kelly, DMS needs the updated
buffer approval from DWR with the mitigation assigned to DMS to generate an invoice.

Attached please find a response letter from the Division of Mitigation Services for the in -lieu fee mitigation request
for the above -referenced project.
Once DMS receives the buffer approval associated with the project with mitigation assigned to DMS, we will generate
an invoice based on the mitigation amounts specified in the permits. This acceptance letter expires in six months. If
an extension to this acceptance letter is needed, please let me know prior to its expiration. We appreciate the
