PEI Once they provide the updated availability letter to you per your in -lieu request, you can send me a copy like the one above, and I can issue the permit for you to provide to them. Once they receive the permit, they will send you the invoice to be paid. According to Kelly, DMS needs the updated buffer approval from DWR with the mitigation assigned to DMS to generate an invoice. Please advise if I'm missing something. Thanks! This acceptance letter expires in six months. If an extension to this acceptance letter is needed, please let me know prior to its expiration.
