The City of High Point Technical Review Committee (TRC) has reviewed the stormwater management plans and
specifications provided by Dan Pritchett, RE ,_Jamestown Engineering Group, Inc. on behalf of High Point
University for the proposed Centennial Square project The TRC has also received a copy of the approved U.S.
Army Corps of Engineers General Permit Verification (SAW- 2015- 00413) for this project. We have determined
that the proposed project, as depicted by the plans and specifications that were reviewed and approved, is in
compliance with the requirements of the Randleman Lake Buffer Rules in 15A NCAC 02B .0250, Randleman Lake
Water Supply Watershed- Protection and Maintenance of Existing Riparian Buffers.
