Comments:
DOT is proposing to grade, widen and pave NCSR 1104, Mulberry Road in Macon County. Impacts
will be to five unnamed tributries to Barkers Creek and one unnamed tributary to Commissioner
Creek. One existig culvert will be removed and replaced y a bridge. This certification does not
cover any impacts associated with the bridge construction.
