The stream has been subject to fairly extensive erosion due to past stream armoring activities. The surrounding areas are residential. 4b. The project is to be constructed utilizing small to mid size machinery. It is anticipated that a 12,000 - 18,000 lb track hoe along with a 9,000 to 12,000lb skid steer will be utilized to complete the project.
