The ground around the Maple and Ashe tree is unstable due to shore erosion. The Poplar, Maple and Ashe trees all have roots that extend Into the construction zone and will be severely compromised once constructianjexcavation begins at shoreline. Due to permitted construction, it is my recommendation that the trees be removed due to their instability and the knowledge that main roots will be severed within 6' of trunk once constrirctlon begins.
