Ian,
As per our conversation, attached is the Schematic Master Plan I prepared for Westerfield Farms II.
This is tentative, but is the desired and expected development plan (depending upon the success of
Section 01). Also attached is an aerial image of the project area with topographic information overlain.
The Section 01 Phase 01 plan set I previously sent to you with the PCN is the same plan set submitted
to NCDOT, USACE, Harnett County, and NCDENR-DLR. This plan set indicates the Section 01
property boundary, which is owned by my client. The surrounding properties are owned by other
entities. My client hopes to develop this properties as subsequent Westerfield Farms II sections.

I will be sending you print copies of a PreConstruction Notice (PCN)
with attachments for Westerfield Farms II Section 01 Phase 01 located
along Ray Road in Harnett County. I have also uploaded the package (less
wetland delineation map) to our FTP site at

I think I may need to send this to the Raleigh DWQ Wetlands/401 office
