The Town's request to inactivate the Pretreatment Program is approved, since you will not be accepting wastewater from Industrial Users at this time. If an industry proposes to discharge wastewater to your WWTP, you must notify the Division, reactivate your Pretreatment Program, and update the major Program elements as necessary.
