Recently, we received a Petition for a Contested Case Hearing for the above - subject case. Petitioner claims that the
petition was filed because of "denial and return of the petitioner's application for storm water 401 reinforcement plan
after petitioner submitted all necessary plots, information and documentation."
Please forward to me a copy of the (1) document explaining to petitioner the reason you returned its application
