Pursuant to conversations with the WARO, this note is being filed for Al Hodge to request
evaluation of the DO levels upstream and downstream at renewal of this permit.
The WARO expressed concerns of the potential for high TOC concentrations in the effluent that
may depress instream DOs. If these this turns out to be the case, then consideration should be
given to installing a DO limit.
