Regional conditions associated with the NWP 29 does not allow its use within the 100 Year Floodplain. You will need to review your project and modify your request for appropriate permitting. -Upon review of the submitted permit request there appears to be room to modify the proposed impacts and avoid or reduce impacts to jurisdictional wetlands. Please supply information that impacts to jurisdictional wetlands and waters have been avoided to the maximum extent practicable. -The proposed impacts to waters and wetlands indicated on page 4 of the PCN application do not match the project plan sheet. The requested impacts indicate 0.13 acres of fill and the project plan sheet indicate 0.12 acres of fill. Additionally impacts to the jurisdictional tributary associated with the extension of Red Oak Drive are not shown or quantified on the plans or the impact inventory in the PCN. - Please indicate all impacts to jurisdictional waters and wetlands associated with the development of this phase of the River Branch Subdivision, ic; roads, fill, utilities, etc. Page 1 of 2 Please submit the above information within 30 days of receipt of this Notification or we will consider your application withdrawn and close the file.
