Farr Court Sanitary Sewer Repair and Bank Stabilization
Project No. 2014 -41 -G
Dear Ms Higgins
Enclosed are five copies of a Pre - Construction Notification (PCN) Permit Application Package
for the City of Raleigh Farr Court Sanitary Sewer Repair and Bank Stabilization project. For
your review we have enclosed five copies of the PCN Application Form, Attachment A (site map
and photos), and the $240 00 application fee. This is an after - the -fact permit application
The project consisted of stabilizing a severely eroding streambank which had exposed a sanitary
sewer line and manhole The activity resulted in approximately 2,300 square feet of Zone 1 and
approximately 2,600 linear feet of Zone 2 buffer impacts within a maintained sanitary sewer
easement and approximately 80 linear feet of stream disturbance
Please contact me with any questions regarding this permit application
Sincerely,
