This project was issued an NWP 29 on August 22, 2022 and qualified for a General WQC without written
approval. A revised culvert design that did not change the location or amount of stream impact was submitted
on February 3, 2022. The contractor could not obtain a headwall to accommodate the new design. The
attached, revised impact map and cross-section show a revised culvert configuration that also maintains the
originally permitted impact limit. These culverts were also designed to allow aquatic life passage and maintain
the original channel dimensions.
