Enclosed is a copy of the inspection report, which was prepared following an onsite inspection of the referenced project. This report is intended to provide you with information concerning the status of the project as it relates to compliance with the North Carolina Sedimentation Pollution Act of 1973. Please review this report carefully, as it may contain corrective actions needed or comments, which will assist you in meeting the required standards of the Act. Project is in compliance and released under the SPCA, Termination of coverage under the NPDES General Stormwater Permit for Construction Activities (NCGO1) must be requested by the permittee via a Notice of Termination (NOT).
