Dear Mr. Goscicki:
A review of the June 2014 self-monitoring report for the subject facility revealed a violation of the
following parameter at Outfall 001:

Week ending 6/28/14 Biological oxygen demand 8.8 mg/L 7.5 mg/L (Weekly average)
6/30/14 Biological oxygen demand 5.9 mg/L 5.0 mg/L (Monthly average)
Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct the noted any problems.
The Division of Water Resources may pursue enforcement actions for this and any additional
violations. If the violations are of a continuing nature, not related to operation and/or maintenance
problems, and you anticipate remedial construction activities, then you may wish to consider applying
for a Special Order by Consent (SOC).
