A review of the May 2014 self-monitoring report for the subject facility revealed a violation of the

Remedial actions, if not already implemented, should be taken to correct the cause(s) of the noted
violation. Unresolved violations may lead to the issuance of a Notice of Violation and/or assessments
of civil penalties by the Division of Water Resources.
