Sorry. Our normal number of plans is 4 but I knew that this one didn't affect a buffer area so I only told you
three. Also, I would not have made you send in another copy of the PCN. We have a new person doing this work and
she didn't know to check with me before preparing the standard letter. We did get your plan on March 13 1h butshe
didn't know to check with me because to her, when our earlier letter said to send a new application, it meant a new
PCN to her. That is technically the procedure but I would have simplified it for you. I'll try to get to your plan soon but
