I haven't received an invoice proving Trillium Links ordered the membranes in 2019, but I actually remember them
telling us they had ordered them back when COVID hit as stated below. I recommend 50% remission since they were at
the mercy of COVID supply chain issues and it delayed the install by about 18 months.

We ordered them at the end of 2019. Then Covid hit and no more imports. The supplier moved from importing
membranes/raw materials to making them at a new plant in us. We installed in 2021 almost 2 years later.
