Dear Mr. Vinson:
In response to the above referenced sanitary sewer overflow, the Town of
manholes overflowing on January 17, 2023 at 1:30PM. The Town immedi
machine to clear the blockage causing the overflow. While jetting the ou
broken section of Terra Cotta pipe, disposable wipes and grease. The Town
dug up the section on pipe and replaced it with PVC pipe.
Remedial actions consisted of cleaning the area and creek of solids and
area, all in accordance with the Town's Cleanup Procedures.
The Town provided semi-annual Grease Educational Material to all reside
on 5/11/22 in the Consumer Confidence Report and 8/3/22 in the Wast
Annual Report.
