The crossing could not be avoided, so the wetland was impacted at the most narrow point as practical. 1b. An approved sediment and erosion control plan will be followed in the field to protect the wetlands from sedimentation. The wetlands will be protected by silt fence. 2. No habitat no affect. 3)Neuse River Waterdog-" They are usually found in streams wider than 15 meters (m), deeper than 100 centimeters (cm), and with a main channel flow rate greater than 10cm/second" Our crossing is on a wetland at the head of a small first order stream, no habitat, no affect. 4) Carolina Madtom-No habitat, no affect. 5) Atlantic Pigtoe-No habitat, no affect. 6) Dwarf Wedgemussel-No habitat, no affect. 7) Tar River Spinymussel-No habitat, no affect. 8) Yellow Lance -No habitat, no affect. 9) Monarch Butterfly-"- Are found in meadows, roadsides, and sandy areas where milkweed plants grow."
