The purpose of this project is to provide 2 building lot homesites in a subdivision for the growth needs of Johnston County.

The project will be to install a crossing across a wetland to access 2 lots. The crossing will not be a NCDOT road, it will be a driveway to serve the 2 lots and reduce wetland impact.

The design of the crossing is using a 30 ft wide road instead of the normal street, this will reduce the impact at the crossing. The crossing could not be
avoided, so the wetland was impacted at the most narrow point as practical.

The wetlands will be clearly marked in the field and on the construction drawings. An approved sediment and erosion control plan will be followed in the
field to protect the wetlands from sedimentation. The wetlands will be protected by silt fence.

meters (m), deeper than 100 centimeters (cm), and with a main channel flow rate greater than 10cm/second" Our crossing is on a wetland at the head
of a small first order stream, no habitat, no affect. 4) Carolina Madtom-No habitat, no affect. 5) Atlantic Pigtoe-No habitat, no affect. 6) Dwarf
Wedgemussel-No habitat, no affect. 7) Tar River Spinymussel-No habitat, no affect. 8) Yellow Lance -No habitat, no affect.
