Renee,
The revised commitments associated with the Edgewood Baptist Church are included on page 13 of 18 on the cover
letter (also page 13 of the pdf). The commitments for the Bel Air Drive-thru were inadvertently left out of the cover
letter. I'll get the cover letter revised to also include the commitments for the Bel Air Drive-Thru.
The project green sheet commitments that you reference on page 93-94 are part of the 2018 State EA/FONSI that was
provided as supporting documentation for the IP. The greensheets are updated at construction consultation and once
the permits are finalized. Both will be done prior to let. I am not sure why the commitments for the Bel Air Drive-Thru
or the Edgewood Baptist Church were not included on the greensheets when the EA/FONSL However, we will be sure to
add them to the greensheets when they are updated at the construction consultation and after permitting. If we
include the commitments in the cover letter that should suffice for the USACE incorporating them into the permit
approval.
I'll copy you on the revised cover letter when we submit it to the USACE. Thanks.
Amy
