Dear Mr. Scheller,
This letter is with reference to your correspondence of February 20, 2015 regarding Outer Banks
Landscaping, After consultation with my client, we have reconfigured the proposed development which
results in a more efficient use of space and still accommodates the topography of the site,
The metal building has been moved closer to the parking area and thus reducing the area needed for the
turn - around. The storage areas have been moved to the back of the property where they fit more
efficiently. The greenhouses have been realigned to reduce the amount of space between the greenhouses
and the retai I store. The compaction of the site plan will allow for use of the property while reducing the
wetland impacts from 0.5 acres to 0.39 acres.
Please find attached an amended plat reflecting this reconfiguration. Also attached is a commitment letter
from The Great Dismal Swamp Restoration Bank for the anticipated required mitigation credits.
I trust that this information will allow continued processing of the application.
