The height data looks good, be sure to include it in all future monitoring reports. By copy of this correspondence DWR
approves the MY3 report for Kittrell Hill and authorizes a 20% reduction in bond amount.

Thanks for your comments. I have been in the field the past two days so apologies for the delayed response.
1. Attached is a zip folder containing the Excel table that includes individual stem heights for each monitoring plot,
as requested.
2. No encroachments or invasive species were noted in visual assessments during the monitoring period.

DWR has reviewed the Year 3 Monitoring Report for the Kittrell Hill Mitigation Bank and have the following
comments:

1.Average height data for each plot is not sufficient to meet the height data requirements. Please provide
individual heights of each planted stem in each monitoring plot and include this with the monitoring data for
all subsequent monitoring reports.
2.There didn't appear to be anything in the report regarding encroachments or invasive species. Were these
factors noted during visual assessment of the site?
Thank you for your attention to these comments. Please provide an adequate response to all items above along with
supporting documents if requested.
Once DWR receives a response to the comments above, issuance of monitoring report approval can be determined.
Additionally, confirmation of bond renewal through next year's monitoring will be required prior to the issuance of a
credit release.
