EEP will commit fo implement sufficient compensatory stream mitigation credits to offset the impacts associated
with this projeet as detern�iiied by the regulatory agencies using the delivery timeline lisfed in Secfiori F.3.c.iii of the
N.C. lleparhnent �f Environmenf and Natural Resources' Ecosystem;Enhanceinent Progranl I1i-Lieu Fee Iiisfruinent
dated July 28, 2Q10. If the above referenced impact amounts are revised, then this mifi�ation,asceptance letter will
i�o longer be valid and a new mitigation acceptance letter will Ue required fibm EEP.
