A review of the DMR confirms the violation. DWR noted during a technical assistance visit 10/18/2022 that the sand in the system
is in need of replacement. The DMR shows that they report a temperature and a pH measurement most weekdays, but do not
report flow except on Fridays. It is unclear how or where they are collecting samples if there is no flow. We have made multiple
attempts to contact them to discuss these matters, but have not received a response.
