This submittal serves as the Pre -Filing Meeting Request for the subject project, located along SR
2752 (Bethel Church Road) and SR 2814 (Knox Road) in McLeansville and Gibsonville, Guilford
County, North Carolina. Three Oaks is working as a subconsultant to Westcott, Small, and Associates,
PLLC, who is being contracted by the City of Greensboro. The proposed project will result in impacts
to surface waters in the Cape Fear River basin. A permit application for these impacts will be
submitted in the near future.
