Please find the 2022 Pretreatment Annual Report for the Town of Clayton, NC. The town of Clayton has
three industries of the three, Novo DFP has a Significant Non -Compliance. Failing to report First and Second
quarter sampling. Novo DAPI is still in the testing and certification process. We continue to work toward
compliance with the Dental Amalgann Rule.

General Permit Information:
Due to the recent purchase and construction milestone Industrial Permit is being drafted
and revised for submittal.
SIU Information:
Grifols IUP #0001-02

No SNC to report.
The facility continues to discharge partially treated MBBR waste directly to Johnston Co.
this agreement is valid until June 2023. Grifols is currently working to evaluate future
treatment needs. The Town issued an ATC for major project element as a part of
expanding the treatment capabilities of the facility to 2.0 MGD. See attachment.
